Biathlon
September 17th, 2022 8:00 AM Start Time This competition will consist of 2 events: Biking and Running. Participants must provide their own bikes. Biking The bike portion of the competition will start at the Michelle Way gate. This gate will be closed to all entry and exit. Patrol will block traffic from entering Michelle Way from the side streets. Participants will ride their bikes in the same direction as the normal flow of auto traffic. The route will be from the Michelle Way gate to the end of Michelle Way and back to the gate. Running After the bike portion, participants will immediately start the run, again beginning at the Michelle Way gate to the end of Michelle Way and back. The first finisher wins the contest. There will be a men’s winner and a women’s winner.
Bicycle Poker Scavenger Hunt
September 24th, 2022 Sponsored by Pilot Knob Rotary Club 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM Veterans' Park
All riders meet at the Veterans Memorial Park between the Clubhouse and Wildhorse Grill. Everyriderwill receive a course map. Rotarians will be stationed at 5 locations around the Ranch. As you reach each location, you will select a playing card from the Rotarian and proceed to the next location. Once you have collected all 5 cards, return to The Veterans Memorial Park and check your cards. Aces are high or low and there will be no Jokers in the deck. When all riders have returned, we will see who has the “best poker hand”. The course will be determined as we get closer to the day of the event. There will be prizes for 1st and 2nd place winners.

Bolo Toss
Bolo Toss Description 2022 September 24, 2022 9AM - 10AM GYM
Simply put, you toss a Bolo (piece of rope with a golf ball attached at both ends) toward a Ladder (usually made from PVC plastic pipes) with the hope that it will wrap around and cling to one of the individual rungs on the ladder.
Each participant will have the opportunity for two practice throws followed by three scored throws. The contests will be separated into male/female categories, with one final winner in each category. Scoring is as follows: Top Rail - 3 points, Middle Rail - 2 points and Bottom Rail - 1 point. The three scores will be aggregated and the participant with the highest number of points will be declared the winner. Winners will receive an award at the Senior Olympics Day Luncheon. Golf - 9 Holes
September 12th, 2022 2:30pm-3:30pm tee times Format of Play will be a 2 person scramble. It can be a combination of male / female team members. Men (under the age of 72) will play the white tees, and Men (over the age of 72) will play the gold tees. Ladies (under the age of 72) will play the Red Tees, and Ladies (over the age of 72) will play the silver tees. We will have prizes for the 1st place finishers. The course will be determined as we get closer to the day of the event.
Golf - Putting & Chipping
Putting and Chipping Event September 24th, 2022 9:00 am-9:45 am tee times Format of Play will be individual players who will putt and chip at the golf range. The player in the putting contest will putt a six-hole course twice. The better of the two scores will be recorded in the competition—the fewest number of putts will win. Any tie will be broken by a coin flip. The player in the chipping contest will chip five balls, and the closest to the pin will be declared the winner. Prizes will be awarded to the first-place finishers.

Qualifying stage - You throw 24 shoes and points are awarded to you based upon the following: • 1 point – within 1 horseshoe of pole •2 points – (Leaner) horseshoe clearly leaning against the pole • 3 points – (Ringer) horseshoe around post whereby the tips can be touched
Your recorded score will determine where you will be ranked. Highest Qualifying Stage will be the top seed within the tournament bracket. You need to take someone with you when you throw the qualifying sets so they will sign off on your points. Pickelball Rodeo September 23, 2022 6:30PM - 8PM
This year for the Robson Olympics, the Pickleball club is bringing a rodeo to the Ranch. On September 23 at 6:30 PM, we will be playing pickleball style games at the courts, including a relay/rodeo, blindfold serving, ladder lobs and others. These games are set up so that all levels of players can enjoy them and win! It's time to saddle up with your paddle up!!

Each participant will have the opportunity for two practice balls followed by five scored balls. The contestants will be logged into male/female categories, with one final winner in each category. The goal will be to hit the number targets to achieve the highest total. The ball must bounce once on each side of the table in order to be counted. The same target may be used repeatedly.
