Robson Ranch Denton Homeowners Association Living Well Committee Committee Charter and Organization January 1, 2020 Amendments Dated January 1, 2020
This Amendment supersedes previously published objectives of the Committee. The Mission of the Committee is to offer all residents living at Robson Ranch an opportunity to enhance their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
During discussions concerning procedures or processes, if an amicable agreement between members of the Committee and Operations to effect a change is reached, Operations will implement the change. The change is to be documented in the meeting minutes. If an HOA documented policy will be affected, a recommendation from the Committee must first be sent to the HOA Board for consideration.
Speakers' Bureau Sub Committee to select a minimum of nine presentations per year that will fulfill the mission statement from the many offered to Robson Ranch.
Organize and conduct the Robson Olympics, an event designed to encourage more physical activity for the residents.
Organize and administer special programs that include but are not limited to the Walk About and Blood-Pressure Check.
Maintain and, coordinate with the HOA General Manager, a Living Well website with the purpose of communicating Living Well programs to Robson Ranch residents.
Take other such action as is authorized by the Board.
