Schedule of Month Long Living Well Olympic Games

All events will take place during September.

EVENT	DESCRIPTION	INFORMATION	Location
Lap Walk	Walk laps in the indoor pool. A lap is down and back.	Starts Sunday Sept 1 Ends Thursday Sept 22. Report the laps you walk each week on the website. Starts Sept. 1	Indoor Pool
Lap Swim	Swim laps in the indoor pool. A lap is down and back.	Starts Sunday Sept. 1 Ends Thursday Sept 22. Report the laps you swim each week on the website.	Indoor Pool
Cycling	Cycle on or off the Ranch on your own schedule. Cyclist with the most miles wins 1st place. No stationary bikes permitted.	Starts Sunday Sept 1 Ends Thursday Sept 22.	Cyclist's Choice
Outdoor Walk	Track your steps each time you walk outdoors. If using a FitBit or similar tool for step tracking - remember to deduct indoor steps!	Starts Sunday Sept. 1 Ends Thursday Sept. 22	Walker's Choice
